1. Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Original packaging and tags are intact
  • Proof of purchase is provided
  • The item is not on the non-returnable list (see below)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Perishable goods (food items, flowers, etc.)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear and tear
  • Digital products or downloadable software

To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

Select the order you want to return

Click "Return" and select the reason for return

Print the return label and packing slip

Package the item securely with original packaging

Ship the item using the provided return label

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping charges depend on the reason for return:

Defective/Wrong Item FREE

Free return shipping

Change of Mind

Customer pays return shipping

Size Exchange FREE

Free return shipping (one-time exchange)

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will send you an email notification
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Bank processing may take additional 2-5 business days

6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size exchanges (within 30 days)
  • Color exchanges (subject to availability)

To exchange an item, follow the return process and select "Exchange" instead of "Refund".

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage/defect
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
  • Return shipping is free for damaged/defective items

8. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order:

  • Before Shipment: Full refund within 24 hours
  • After Shipment: Follow return process after receiving the item

9. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Items returned in less than perfect condition
  • Missing accessories or parts
  • Items returned after the return period
